Dr. Caitlyn Kennedy Mitchell is an optometrist specializing in medically necessary contact lenses for complex corneal conditions. With expertise in fitting scleral and custom-designed lenses, Dr. Mitchell transforms patients' lives dealing with challenges like keratoconus and corneal scarring.

Dr. Mitchell is a leading expert in dry eye disease and specialized contact lenses, offering innovative solutions for enhanced comfort and clear vision.

A graduate with honors from The New England College of Optometry, Dr. Mitchell received her Doctor of Optometry degree. Her extensive clinical training includes invaluable experiences at renowned institutions such as Boston Medical Center's cornea and contact lens department, Boston Veterans Administration Hospital System's advanced low vision and primary eye care clinics, and South Boston Community Health Center.

Committed to global eye care, Dr. Mitchell is an active member of Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH), dedicating her time to international optometric mission work, particularly in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, she has shared her knowledge as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for the SUNY School of Optometry.
